These Terms of Service apply when you visit adaptivecollection.net or place an order with Adaptive Collection. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and availability

We aim to describe our products, colours, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Please review the product details, size information, and selected variant before paying.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, or we discover a significant error affecting your order, we’ll contact you to discuss your options. We’ll refund any payment for an item we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices on our website are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete checkout.

For a delivery destination outside our website’s eligible United States checkout area, contact us first. If we can fulfill the request, we’ll provide the total price, shipping cost, and estimated delivery time for your approval. We may then arrange the order directly and send you a secure payment link. A message or inquiry does not reserve an item or confirm an order.

We may change prices for future orders. A price change will not alter the agreed price of an order already accepted.

Orders

Please check your items, size, colour, contact information, and delivery address before paying. After you place an order, we’ll send an order confirmation to the contact information provided.

We may contact you if we need to clarify an order or resolve an availability, pricing, or technical error. If we cannot fulfill an order and have already received payment, we’ll refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Please contact us and wait for return instructions before mailing an item back. The address shown on your original package may not be a valid return address.
